Had a great time! The location was perfect for me, being so close to the beach and the convention center. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my 6-night stay. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight.

was n't what I booked I booked a ocean view room with a balcony instead I received a view of the building and no balcony my shower curtain had mold on it everything was falling apart the ac was broken and they refused to move me into another room so I paid 1100 for one night in a room that was horrible

The staff was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating, from Luis the valet, to Mark, the Bellhop, getting me in the lobby and room. The manager was also extra accommodating and friendly, even though it was an extremely busy check in night, check in went quickly.
